Ken McLachlan is the Co-Owner of RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. A realtor for over 30 years, Ken has been honoured by RE/MAX International as International Broker of the Year, is a past member of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Board of Directors, and chair of numerous board committees and task forces. He is also a founding member of the Chairman’s Leadership Advisory Council, a RE/MAX International Association of the top RE/MAX brokers in North America.
As well as being a business coach specializing in individual top producers and team leaders, Mr. McLachlan is a coach for CKG International, specifically coaching real estate broker owners throughout North America. Mr. McLachlan has spoken throughout Canada, the United States, Bahamas and Europe on all aspects of our real estate industry.

Debra Bain is an experienced and polished real estate agent with an impressive career that has spanned over thirty years in the industry. Ms. Bain has not only helped grow the industry that has given her such success, but has also given back her time and effort to sustain and support it. She has served on the Arbitration Committee for the Toronto Real Estate Board and is a member of the Chairman’s Leadership Advisory Council, a RE/MAX International Association of the Top RE/MAX Brokers in North America. Along with her other commitments Ms. Bain is very active in training and coaching aspiring agents.
Debra is recognized as an authority in the industry where she is often called upon to speak and do presentations for other RE/MAX brokers throughout the RE/MAX system. Debra also acts as a media spokesperson for RE/MAX Ontario, often doing TV interviews on industry trends and market conditions. Before becoming involved with the Leadership group at RE/MAX Hallmark, Ms. Bain was a top producing agent receiving prestigious awards including the Hall of Fame Award. In 2000, she was named Manager of the Year for RE/MAX Ontario.

Steve, partner and COO for RE/MAX Hallmark Group of Companies, has a background in Industrial Engineering with major in management. Steve joined RE/MAX Hallmark in 2006, having formerly owned and managed his own real estate firm. He oversees and manages all of the Company's operations. Steve provides leadership, direction, and administration with regards to all aspects of the Company's activities, in addition to the daily management of multiple offices. He provides an accessible, no-nonsense, and creative management approach focusing on agent success. With a passion for real estate technology, he is deeply involved in researching the newest and most effective ways to integrate new technology into real estate business processes.

Scott DeHooghe was the primary owner of RE/MAX Blue Skies since 2018 – his background is in development and construction which he has been involved in the SWFL area for 20+ years. His interest in securing a RE/MAX real estate brokerage in 2018 helped him both serve his development business while providing a property listing funnel to the brokerage business.
His skills involve day to day operations, systems and business development. He has skillfully helped many Realtors® by coaching them on their business development. His strength is his ability to sort through business problems and challenges in all aspects of the brokerage business.
In 2023 – Scott recognized the need to sell a major share of his brokerage business and rebrand it as RE/MAX Hallmark Realty and is proud to be General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX Hallmark Realty.

Johnder Perez brings his passion and curiosity for technology and marketing, embracing a collaborative and always learning approach as he serves as the Directory of Technology and Marketing for RE/MAX Hallmark® Group of Companies.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Johnder pursued his studies in business and accounting and served managerial roles in SME (small-to-medium enterprise) businesses where he led accounting and sales teams and was responsible for increasing sales performance and accounting efficiencies.
Johnder has led technical development teams at RE/MAX Hallmark® Group of Companies in the creation of the RE/MAX Hallmark® App, which provides real estate professionals with a brandable tool to share listings and market information to their clients, and the RE/MAX Hallmark® Hub, which is a brokerage resource, marketing automation and productivity platform.
Johnder’s mission is to implement technology and marketing strategies to help real estate professionals build their real estate business and to focus on what they do best: connecting with their clients and providing them with ultimate service.
Shanna Price is the Director of Administration at RE/MAX Hallmark Realty. With over two decades of experience, Shanna has been a vital part of several organizations, demonstrating her versatility and dedication.
Shanna began her career in August 2001 at MortgagEase, Inc. as a Receptionist. Her role quickly expanded to include Director of Administration, Mortgage Processor, Accountant/Bookkeeper, and Human Resources specialist. In 2002, she took on similar responsibilities at Title Service of Collier County, LLC.
In 2006, Shanna joined RE/MAX Realty Select, managing multiple roles until MortgagEase, Inc. was sold in 2012. After the 2021 sale of Title Services of Collier County and RE/MAX Realty Select to Blue Water Group Realty dba RE/MAX Blue Skies, she continued as Director of Administration. In 2023, following a merger with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty, Shanna maintained her position, ensuring smooth operations and continued success.
Shanna holds a certificate as a Mortgage Processor and is a certified notary. Outside of work, she supports her father and cares for her grandchildren, balancing her professional and personal responsibilities with unwavering dedication.
Maury Dailey, originally from the St. Louis area, graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career in Denver, working with one of the largest savings and loan lenders, overseeing site locations, architectural reviews, and the construction of branch offices. He then moved to a Denver family development company, working on high-rise projects and a facility in Castle Rock. Later, Dailey managed a new complex in Breckenridge, Colorado, enhancing off-season traffic through vibrant summer events. In 1985, Dailey relocated to Marco Island, Florida, transitioning to commercial real estate with Merrill Lynch Realty, focusing on environmental permitting, rezonings, and managing boutique centers.
Dailey's career in Florida flourished as he joined RE/MAX, attracted by its growth and connection to local developers. He co-founded an unbranded real estate and rental company, which was later sold to Coldwell Banker. Dailey then opened the first and largest Engel & Voelkers office in the U.S., fostering international luxury real estate connections. After several ventures, he returned to RE/MAX in 2016, managing multi-office locations in Naples and Bonita Springs. He also became the Managing Broker and President of RE/MAX Realty Group in Ft. Myers, bringing his career full circle. Reflecting on his journey, Dailey remarked, "I like to push the envelope with customer service ideas remembering how I was inspired by those first RE/MAX agents I worked with on Marco. They never sat still, always pressing to be better and learn more. I want to be like that, learning more and helping others learn too!"
Active in the community, Dailey served as President of the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors and Vice President of Florida Realtors Association. He co-authored the Condominium Question and Answer document used statewide and served on the City of Marco Island Planning Board. His community involvement includes co-founding the Marco Island Film Festival and earning the Humanitarian of the Year award. When asked what he likes about being Managing Broker, Dailey commented, "There is something really exciting for me when I am working with an agent, and I see them light up understanding some of our basic ways to build their business." Dailey is committed to improving real estate professionalism and continues to mentor agents, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and customer service.
